Protein Mineral Brownies

These Protein Mineral Brownies are a rich, fudgy treat that delivers more than just great flavor. Made with almond flour, chocolate protein powder, and dark cocoa, they provide a satisfying boost of protein while staying naturally gluten-free. Ingredients: 

  • 3/4 cup Almond flour 

  • 1/2 cup Chocolate protein powder 

  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened dark cocoa powder 

  • 1/4 cup Almond butter 

  • 1/4 cup Melted coconut oil (or butter) 

  • 1/2 cup Maple syrup 

  • 2 large Eggs 

  • 1 tsp Baking powder 

  • 20 Trace Mineral Drops 

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips 

Instructions: 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper. 

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together almond butter, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, eggs, and mineral drops until creamy. 

  1. Add almond flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Stir until just combined. 

  1. Fold in dark chocolate chips. 

  1. Spread batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 18-22 minutes.
