There’s something about strawberries and cream that instantly feels like summer. Refreshing, indulgent, and just a little nostalgic. This Strawberry Glaze Mineral Smoothie takes that classic flavor combination and gives it a nourishing upgrade with protein, hydrating minerals, and a thick, silky texture that tastes more like dessert than a wellness drink.

Swirled with a vibrant homemade strawberry glaze and finished with creamy coconut “clouds,” this smoothie is as beautiful as it is functional. Whether you need a post-workout recovery boost, a mineral-rich afternoon pick-me-up, or a healthier way to satisfy your sweet tooth, this blend delivers the perfect balance of flavor, hydration, and feel-good ingredients in every sip.

The Strawberry Glaze

  • 5 fresh strawberries

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

  • 1 tsp honey

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 2 tbsp thick coconut cream (chilled for lining your cup)

The Smoothie Base

  • 1/2 cup milk of choice

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries (Note: Add an extra 1/2 cup if you want a thicker, "scoopable" consistency)

  • 1/2 frozen banana

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 5–10 Trace Mineral Drops

Instructions

  1. Prep the Glaze: Blend the fresh strawberries, lemon juice, and maple syrup until smooth. Heat on stove lightly for added thickness. Set aside.

  1. Blend the Base: Add milk, frozen strawberries, avocado, frozen banana, protein powder, and mineral drops to a high-speed blender. Blend until thick and "soft-serve" smooth. Pro-tip: If you prefer it even thicker, add more frozen strawberries and pulse until you reach your desired texture.

  1. The Build: * Use a spoon to "paint" or drizzle the strawberry glaze around the inside of your glass.

  1. Use the back of a spoon to smudge coconut cream in 3-4 spots against the glass (this creates the "cloud" effect).

  1. Pour the smoothie base into the center.

  1. Optional: Swirl slightly with a straw to marble the colors.
