Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within one day of being placed (excluding weekends). They are usually shipped within 2-6 business days, though we do not guarantee this.

Projected shipping times are in regard to when the package leaves our facility. It does not include the processing time it takes to prepare your order for shipping. 

Due to an increase in orders around and during holidays, your shipment may arrive a day or two later than expected. Thanks for your patience and understanding during this time!

Our business hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm MST. We encourage our customers to place an order when half of their product is gone. This ensures you will not run out of product in the event of a shipping delay.

Domestic Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We do NOT ship outside the United States of America. Also, any Free Shipping promotion does not apply to Hawaii or Alaska due to the increase in shipping price for such shipments. 

If the customer chooses to expedite an order, it cannot be to a PO box as it is typically shipped UPS and that the shipping time starts after our 2-6 business day fulfillment time. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 business hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 6 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at weborders@traceminerals.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Return Policy

You may return most new, items sold and fulfilled by TraceMinerals.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price of the product bought. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item). However, we will not pay the return shipping costs if you decide to return the item under your own volition

Any order placed taking advantage of a featured promotion is final and can't be returned.
