Return & Refund Policy

Items that are opened or returned within 30 days after delivery are subject to our GUARANTEE below.

You may return most new items sold and fulfilled by TraceMinerals.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price of the bought product. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item). However, we will not pay the return shipping costs if you decide to return the item under your own volition.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Exchange Policy 

Customers may exchange purchased products within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of purchase. 

Exchanges are permitted for items of equal or lesser value. In the event a customer elects to exchange for a product of greater value, the customer shall be responsible for paying the price difference at the time of exchange.

This policy does not apply to items marked as final sale, promotional items, or items otherwise excluded from exchange under specific terms disclosed at the time of sale.

The company reserves the right to deny any exchange that does not comply with the above conditions or in cases of suspected misuse of the policy.
