Ingredients

  • 1 cup Thick Greek Yogurt (Plain or Vanilla)

  • 6 oz Neufchâtel cheese or light cream cheese (softened)

  • ½ cup Fresh strawberries (finely diced)

  • 2 tbsp Honey or pure maple syrup

  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

  • 15–20 drops Trace Mineral Drops

  • Optional: 2 tbsp Graham cracker crumbs (for a "crust" topping)

Instructions

  1. Cream the Base: In a medium bowl, whisk together the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla until completely smooth and lump-free.

  1. Mineral Boost: Add the Trace Mineral Drops to the mixture and stir thoroughly. Distributing them into the yogurt base ensures the flavor is perfectly balanced.

  1. The Fruit: Gently fold in the finely diced strawberries. The juices will slightly swirl into the yogurt, giving it a natural pink hue.

  1. Mold It: Spoon the mixture into a silicone mold. If you don't have one, you can drop dollops onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.

  1. Add the "Crust": Sprinkle a tiny pinch of graham cracker crumbs.

  1. Flash Freeze: Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours or until firm.

  2. Serve: Pop them out of the mold and serve immediately!
