Recipe:

  • 1 orange

Protein S'mores Creami Recipe

Ingredients 

The Mineral-Rich CREAMi Base 

  • 2 cups Milk of Choice (dairy, almond, oat, etc.) 

  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder 

  • 5-10 Trace Mineral Drops (The key to a perfectly balanced base!) 

For the S'mores Mix-Ins & Toppings 

  • Graham Crackers 

  • Chocolate (chopped bar or chips) 

  • Mini Marshmallows 

Instructions 

  • Combine milk, vanilla protein, and 15 Trace Mineral Drops in the pint. Whisk well. 

  • Freeze the pint for 24 hours. 

  • Process on Light Ice Cream, then Re-Spin until creamy. 

  • Scoop the ice cream into a serving bowl. 

  • Sprinkle with crushed graham crackers, chopped chocolate, and marshmallows. 

Daily Mineral Powder Gummy Worm Recipe

Ingredients 

  • 1/2 cup water (for gelatin) 

  • 1 cup water (warm) 

  • 1/4 cup Grass-fed beef gelatin 

  • 1 to 2 scoops Concentrace® Daily Mineral Powder 

  • Citric acid (optional coating) 

Instructions 

  1. Hydrate Gelatin: In a bowl, sprinkle the 1/4 cup of gelatin over 1/2 cup of water and stir until spongy. 

  1. Dissolve Minerals: Heat 1 cup of water until warm (do not boil). Remove from heat and stir in the Daily Mineral Powder until dissolved. 

  1. Combine: Add the hydrated gelatin mixture from Step 1 and stir well until everything is completely dissolved and smooth. 

  1. Pour and Chill: Pour the liquid into your gummy worm molds. Refrigerate for a few hours until set and firm. 

  1. Unmold and Coat: Remove the gummies from the molds. If desired, toss them in citric acid for a sour finish.

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats 
  • ½ cup nut butter 
  • ¼ cup honey 
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 
  • ¼ tsp salt 
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 
  • ¼ cup crushed chocolate  
  • 5-10 Trace Mineral Drops 

Instructions 

Combine all ingredients in a bowl until well combined. Add small amount of water if needed to make it sticky. Roll into individual balls. Enjoy immediately or store in the fridge.
