This parfait isn’t just a cozy fall-inspired snack—it’s also a nutrient-dense way to fuel your body with protein, fiber, and essential minerals.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp pumpkin spice
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 5–10 drops Trace Mineral Drops
  • Granola (for layering)

Instructions:

In a bowl, combine yogurt, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin spice, vanilla, protein powder, and Trace Mineral Drops.

In a glass, layer the mixture with extra Greek yogurt and granola.
