3 tbsp Warm Water (to whisk)

1 cup Fresh Blueberries

1 tsp Pure Maple Syrup

1 tsp Lemon Zest

1 cup Creamy Milk of Choice

¼ cup Heavy Cream

5–10 Trace Mineral Drops

Ice Cubes
Instructions

Add blueberries and maple syrup to a small saucepan over medium heat. Simmer for 5–8 minutes, mashing until it thickens into a syrup. Stir in lemon zest and let cool.

In a separate small bowl, whisk the matcha and warm water until frothy.

For the Cream Top: Whisk the heavy cream until slightly thickened (soft peaks), then fold in half of your whisked matcha.

Spoon the blueberry syrup into your glass, add milk, and fill with ice.

Pour the remaining plain whisked matcha over the milk, then layer the matcha cream on the very top.
