What You'll Need
Red Layer
-
1 cup fresh strawberries, blended
-
1–2 tbsp honey (to taste)
Blue Layer
-
1 cup cold water
-
1 scoop ConcenTrace Daily Mineral Powder
White Layer
-
1 cup coconut milk or coconut cream
-
1–2 tbsp honey
-
½ tsp vanilla extract
Equipment
-
Popsicle molds (rocket-shaped preferred!)
-
Popsicle sticks
-
Squeeze bottles or small pouring cups (for clean layering)
Instructions
-
Make your layers. Blend strawberries and honey together until completely smooth. In a separate cup, stir the mineral powder into cold water until fully dissolved. Mix the coconut cream, honey, and vanilla in a third cup.
-
Pour the blue layer first. Fill each mold about ⅓ of the way with the mineral water mixture. Place in the freezer and freeze for 1.5–2 hours, until just solid enough to hold the next layer.
-
Add the red layer. Pour the blended strawberry mixture over the frozen blue layer, filling another ⅓ of the mold. Freeze again for 1.5–2 hours.
-
Finish with the white layer. Pour the coconut cream mixture to fill the mold. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight until completely solid.
-
Unmold and enjoy! Run warm water over the outside of the mold for 10–15 seconds to release. Serve immediately!
