I don’t eat right and have leaky gut so I don’t absorb right either. I’m tired all the time, dehydrated, swollen and suffering from nutritional deficiencies. I have now bought the Power Pak and ZeroLyte. I got the Raspberry Power Pak and mixed it with Watermelon ZeroLyte and it’s fantastic! I have lots of flavors of ZeroLyte and I just grab one , along with a Power Pak and the fruits all mix well to me. If you find it’s too sweet, add more water… Plus, the salt in the Zeolyte is VERY complimentary to the sweetness of the Power Pak. I may start drinking them separate just to force an extra amount of fluid on myself, though. But for now, I grab flavors blindly and mix them together for a surprise. Adding the extra fluid, electrolytes, vitamins and minerals is going to be a game changer for my life. After drinking both yesterday, I suddenly felt like vacuuming my house! I have been struggling to do housework and I knew it was from lack of nutrition and electrolytes. I am more than happy to add these to my intake on a daily basis. The cost is pretty reasonable, especially during sales and the recent freebie of the Salty Mango ZeroLyte. I really appreciated that! I’m 62 and I really feel like this was heaven sent for me.

Great and tasty way to get vitamins

I am definitely one of those people who wants to be healthy, but then I get distracted by life and it tends to fall to the wayside. That’s why I’ve been looking for quick and easy ways to get healthier that I know I won’t just abandon if life gets hectic. I tried the grape flavored Power Pak, not my usual flavor go-to, and I was shockingly surprised at how good it was! It tastes kind of like a Flinstone vitamin, but in a good way! More importantly, it was so easy to add to a glass of water and just down it and I knew I got hydrated and all the extra vitamins. Will definitely be trying more flavors!

My whole household loves these, especially the watermelon flavor. We drink one daily. My only complaint is that the packets can be nearly impossible to open without using scissors. I love the vitamins and minerals included in these packets and feel like it helps with my hydration levels.

Excellent for Hydration and Replenishment

These are the best hydration packets I have found. I do a lot of rucking/HIIT workouts and the traditional glucose-filled rehydration drinks generally sit too heavy on my stomach. While the intensity of my workouts is okay to have some sugar in them, I can tell a huge difference when I'm hydrating with solid electrolytes that replenish and make me feel good as new. Getting enough water and salt in a day can be difficult. With these though, it’s easy. They taste great without the weird after taste a lot of competing brands have. The grape flavor is one of my favorites. Highly recommend!

As a mom with young children that regularly works out, I definitely was grateful to come across this Power Pak that would not only support my hydration with electrolytes but also my immune system! What I appreciated most is that there are no artificial sweeteners so it was an instant yes for me to use in my routine as someone who can get migraines from artificial sweeteners and a lack of electrolytes. The taste of the grape flavor was Concord Grape and it wasn’t overpowering yet not too light to not taste, although at times I could taste the “vitamin” style taste but once you get the right ratio you prefer of the pack to water, it’s perfect. I add it in the morning before the gym and I feel great knowing about all the minerals going back into my body after a great workout. No over the top energy, just steady and clean feelings from this. Loved it.

I was honestly impressed with this drink. I feel like it definitely helped with electrolytes when I was feeling a little dehydrated during the current heat wave. I didn’t feel as sluggish or drained after drinking this. I did enjoy the taste, the grape wasn’t too sweet and not too watered down either. I would definitely drink this again when I feel like I need a boost of electrolytes in my day.

This Power Pak Mix has been in my daily routine! I am so impressed with the results I have been feeling. I have had a boost in energy lately and this has been the only change I have made. The taste is good. Grape is usually not my first choice in drinks but I was able to tolerate this. It tastes the best with cold water! This drink supports my wellness routine by giving me just the right amount of natural energy I felt like I had been lacking. My favorite thing about this drink is the way it’s packaged. I love that I can take one out of the box and put it in my purse so I can take it on the go if needed. Overall, I am very pleased with this Power Pak Mix!

I found the grape taste to be flavorful but not overpowering. Once stirred up it was not gritty or artificial tasting. It tasted refreshing. I would recommend diluting it with a bit more water than is mentioned on the packaging.
