These are an excellent source of minerals. Have really had no problem taking them. If they are left in the container and taken out before using there is no problem with them crumbling. If they are left to sit out in the open for any length of time, they start to disintegrate. This does not present a problem if they are taken as soon as they are out of the container. My limit is 5-6 tabs at one time, about three times a day. Excellent for digestion.

I purchased these as a certified nutritionist who has worked with supplements for almost a decade. These are the most foul tasting, fall apart when air hits them supplements I have ever encountered. I can't even start to tell you the nutritional value as I honestly can't choke them down. It feels a bit like I am trying to ingest fish bait. I might even be able to handle that but the fact that they fall apart into powder so rapidly makes them even more difficult to take. The chemist really missed it on this one.
