Does have a strong taste but overall very good and I would recommend the product.

I love this product but they sold me a 4 oz bottle for the price of an 8 oz bottle ($39) and there is no way to reach them to resolve this.

I keep these in my cabinet for extra hydration when I run out of my flavored electrolyte packets, and hadn't used them in about 6 months (due to the slight mineral taste) however after this weeks discovery I am now adding them to my drinks daily. I was going through a period where I was losing electrolytes quickly due to meds and stress. I drank endless electrolyte packets and water yet my body was very parched for well over a week, my kidneys were hurting too. Regular electrolyte powders were not cutting it so I decided to try these again. I drank these in plain water and I found my veins widened considerably and the dry icky taste on my tongue right away....started feeling better immediately....and then my body stopped dumping electrolytes magically! In fact I felt these hydrated me better than my high sodium packets which I would rely on. Now I've switched over to these and even a very low dose (5-10 drops/day) gives superior hydration. I'm very pleased and noticed results sooner than everything else I've tried. They took away the dizziness and fatigue I was feeling, as well as the parched taste on my tongue, they also helped regulate my blood pressure (I have low blood pressure which gets much worse when dehydrated) thus reducing my POTS symptoms and enable me to more safely take my daily meds and function nicely. I've also noticed I'm sleeping better since taking these. I can't say these will fix your health issues like they did for me, but I think they are very worth a try. These were recommended to me by a friend who has been studying herbalism and metabolism as well as mineral and electrolyte balance in the body for years. She does not have a formal education however she recognized my complaints and urged me to try this product which worked exactly as she said it would. I have a very sensitive, delicate system so I have only needed to take up to 10 drops per day in the last week, and am not sure if I will be needing more, but I can tell these 2 bottles I have will last quite a while. Great price for the effectiveness of the product and its ability to help me with something I genuinely considered going to the emergency room for-- I was actually so dehydrated, dizzy, and pale, and extremely concerned that I wasn't staying hydrated despite the endless electrolyte packets. These quite literally saved me an emergency room visit for an IV and I was surprised by the effectiveness. Overall 5/5* and I will purchase these again. The taste is not great as it is basically very concentrated seawater, but it's nothing a little flavoring or juice can't hide. It's worth it to feel as good as I do after drinking these.

My method: I bought this beautiful 100% clay I add 20 drops in the clay pot and cover with a lid ( so overnight ) let the clay do its work with the mineralized water . The minerals present in the clay infuse the water with nutrients that aid in digestion and help with the efficient absorption of nutrients from food. Also clay enhanced water helps with any throat issues . This combination has helped my hydration so much .

Since starting these drops daily I feel like I have more energy with less sleep than I did when not taking them and sleeping more!

My kids bought this for me because they know I'm a HUGE supplement junkie! I didn't think too much of it after I saw the minerals it contained because I was already taking some of them. But my oh my was I DEAD WRONG! Not only do these drops work but they work OVERTIME!!! I feel 180% better!! So much so that I have stopped taking those other supplements! I have more energy and I'm not craving sweets like I used to. Look if you want to make a change for the better BUY THEM, but if you are set in the no energy zone and you like that just fine, then keep on keeping on. I used to take this many years ago and just rediscovered the product. This form of minerals is absorbed better than others.

Easy to use, 2- drops per gallon of drinking water. We have been using this product for about 8 years now. No more leg cramps and the water tastes great when the drops are added.
