You may return most new, items sold and fulfilled by TraceMinerals.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item). However, we will not pay the return shipping costs if you decide to return the item under your own volition.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Items that are opened or returned more than 30 days after delivery are subject to our GUARANTEE below.
All orders are processed after one day that the order is placed they are then shipped within 2-6 business days, however, we do not guarantee this. Our business hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm MST. We encourage our customers to place an order when half of their products is gone. This will prevent shipping delays and ensures you are not out of product.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We do NOT ship outside the United States of America.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 business hours for the tracking information to become available.
