TMR ADDS FOUR NEW PRODUCTS TO PRODUCT LINE
OGDEN, UTAH, March 18, 2014Trace Minerals Research (TMR), a leading provider of trace mineral based supplements for over 40 years, officially announces the addition of eatCLEAN™ Vegan Whole Food Bar, Cleanse Pak, Ionic Fulvic Acid, and Ionic Iodine to its growing line of products. TMR introduced these products at the Natural Products Expo West trade show and conference, which was held March 7-9 at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, Calif.
The most unique and exciting product being introduced by TMR is the eatCLEAN™ Vegan Whole Food Bar because this is TMR’s first addition of a food product to its product line. Since TMR started business in the natural industry more than 40 years ago, it has focused mainly on vitamin and mineral supplements, but has also had experience with functional juices like Açaí and Mangosteen, which were very successful.
“We are really excited to add this new category to our product line,” said Dave Chambers, National Sales Manager for TMR. “We have always wanted to add a food product that contains ConcenTrace® as a new way to help consumers get these essential trace minerals into their diet. We felt like the eatCLEAN™ bar was the perfect product for us to enter this category.”
eatCLEAN™ is a USDA certified organic, non-GMO, certified vegan, gluten free and certified Kosher food bar that contains no preservatives, no refined sugars like high fructose corn syrup, no trans fats or other additives. It contains only clean and nutritious organic foods like almonds, raisins, dates, flax, quinoa and sesame seeds that combined together, make for a great-tasting food bar that can be conveniently stashed in a purse or pocket for healthy energy on the go. It’s cold-processed, contains 85 percent raw ingredients and provides 10 grams of organic protein per bar. Most importantly, it contains ConcenTrace® ionic trace minerals, which is a concentrated complex of over 72 naturally occurring ionic trace minerals that have been harvested from the waters of the Great Salt Lake in Utah.
The next product TMR is introducing is Cleanse Pak, a two-part, 14-day total body detox all-in-one kit that is packaged in easy and convenient single-serving packets. Chambers said that TMR has had a cleanse system for many years, but wanted to update the formula and combine the cleansing system into a “complete and simplified kit to make it more convenient for our customers.”
Part one of the Cleanse Pak is a special formula of herbs, minerals and ionic trace minerals from ConcenTrace® in tablet form that supports healthy blood, liver and kidneys, which function as the body’s center for detoxification and purification to efficiently filter out harmful toxins and waste products. The herbal profile includes purifying herbs like cilantro, chlorella algae, yellow dock, peppermint, burdock and cayenne. Part two is a fiber blend that includes soluble and insoluble fiber from flax, chia and hemp seeds, as well as whole and powdered psyllium seeds and apple fiber for maximum cleansing, bulking, and intestinal tone. It also includes 10 complementary strains of probiotic flora to help support healthy flora balance in the digestive tract for healthy digestion and digestive regularity. Both parts of the system are certified vegan and gluten free.
The last two products being introduced by TMR are Ionic Fulvic Acid and Ionic Iodine, which are both part of TMR’s ionic singles line of liquid ionic minerals that come in two ounce bottles with a metered dropper, allowing for controlled and convenient dosing. Ionic Fulvic Acid is formulated with 250 milligrams of pure fulvic acid per serving and ConcenTrace® ionic trace minerals. Fulvic Acid is a naturally occurring organic compound usually found in soil and plants. It is recognized for its ability to balance and energize cell life and biological processes and has been reported to support and maintain healthy functions in the body, including digestion, pH balance, energy production, hydration, cellular integrity, enzyme activity, muscle endurance and stamina.
Ionic Iodine is formulated with 225 micrograms of iodine as potassium iodide per serving and ConcenTrace® ionic trace minerals. Iodine is an important mineral that is used in the body in several different ways. Studies have reported that it helps support healthy thyroid function, ATP production, hormone production, central nervous system function, immune function, and skin health. Both Ionic Fulvic Acid and Ionic Iodine are non-GMO, certified vegan and gluten free.
eatCLEAN™ bar is sold in a box of 12 bars and carries an MSRP of $41.88 or $3.49 per bar. Cleanse Pak carries an MSRP of $34.99 for 14-day complete kit. Ionic Fulvic Acid carries an MSRP of $18.49 for a 60-serving bottle while Ionic Iodine carries an MSRP of $11.99 for a 320-serving bottle. All products are available in natural and specialty health food stores throughout the country.
